After completing the Introduction to Freediving, the recommended next step is Line Training 1. It focuses on improving essential freediving techniques such as: Proper duck dive, Efficient finning, Breath-hold control, Better body positioning and relaxation, Becoming more comfortable and confident underwater
Fun Dive, on the other hand, is mainly for enjoyment and exploration. It is not a structured training session and does not focus on correcting techniques or skill progression. Fun dives are ideal if you want to relax, take photos or videos, and enjoy the underwater environment rather than train specific skills.
If your goal is improvement and progression, Line Training 1 is the best choice before doing regular fun dives.
