Freediving is the art of exploring the underwater world using only your breath. Unlike scuba diving, it does not rely on heavy equipment—just proper breathing, relaxation, and control. Our introduction to freediving is designed for everyone—whether you are completely new to the water or already comfortable swimming. We start with the basics, including breathing techniques, safety rules, and how your body responds to being underwater. You will also learn simple skills like floating, finning, and equalization in a safe and controlled environment.
Safety is always our top priority. Every session is guided and supervised to ensure that you feel comfortable, supported, and confident as you learn. There is no pressure to go deep or push limits—progress happens naturally as you build trust in yourself and your abilities.

The training begins with a theory class on the first day in the morning, where you will learn the fundamentals of freediving, proper breathing techniques, equalization methods, basic gear usage, and important safety practices before entering the water. This is also a great opportunity to meet your fellow students and coaches, helping you feel more comfortable and part of the community.
In the afternoon, training continues with a shore entry session. Your coach will guide you as you prepare and wear your basic gear such as mask and snorkel, teaching you how to use them properly. You will practice floating, breathing at the surface, and proper finning techniques to help you move efficiently and conserve energy in the water.
Once comfortable, you will transition into open water under the close supervision of your coach. Here, you will begin applying what you’ve learned—practicing relaxation, breath-holding, and basic diving techniques in a controlled and safe environment.
Training continues into the second day, where you will further develop your skills and confidence in the water. You will be introduced to the buddy system, basic duck diving, and underwater awareness, allowing you to dive more efficiently while maintaining safety at all times. With continued guidance from your coach, you will gradually improve your technique, comfort, and overall experience in open water.
Throughout the sessions, the focus remains on safety, comfort, and enjoyment, ensuring that your freediving journey is both memorable and rewarding.
